Can I order any item through your site?

Once I submit my order, how do I receive an acknowledgement for permanent record?
You can either print the final order page or you may give us a call and we will be happy to confirm your order.

How can I pay?
Is it safe to use my credit card? The answer is yes as our site uses the latest SSL technology.  We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally.  You may place your order online or choose to send us an e-mail with your contact information (including geographic area for time zone information) and the best time to call and we will be happy to contact you directly.  If you order online, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to make final shipping arrangements.

When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 24 hours of order placement.  If your order is not placed within normal business hours, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.  You will be notified by email and/or phone of any backorders or delays.  Please call our customer service team if you need your items within a specific time period.  

My organization is tax exempt. How can I make sure I am not charged tax?

Can I cancel an order?

What about your return policy?
